For the Chinese New Year , the Beaverton giant unveils a special edition of its legendary Air Max 1 .

The Nike Air Max 1 Chinese New Year Longevity (2020) features a patent leather upper that echoes the look and details of Chinese porcelain bowls. A bright pink mudguard with traditional engravings surrounds the 1987 silhouette. The toe box features a canvas base with a starry sky print, enhanced by green and blue inserts. The latter features a Dragon motif that contrasts with the red Swoosh on the panels. Details such as flowers and butterflies adorn the collar and heel. A black sole with a translucent outsole completes the Tinker Hatfield design.
